Sendinair labs Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) has established this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to explain how we handle the personal information of users of our application “Koitone” (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

The Service collects the following information in order to provide the Service.

Account information: Your email address, and identifiers provided through social login such as Apple or Google.
Content you enter or post: Chat messages with AI characters, and images and text you enter or upload when creating characters.
Purchase information: Your in-app purchase history (payments themselves are processed by Apple / Google; we do not store credit card numbers or similar).
Usage and device information: Technical information such as app usage logs, device type, OS version, and crash reports.
Push notification token: A device token used to deliver notifications (if you allow notifications).

2. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service (for example, generating AI conversations, the character memory feature, and story progression).
To authenticate accounts, manage billing, and respond to inquiries.
To prevent misuse, ensure safety, and comply with laws and regulations.
To send push notifications and announcements.

3. AI processing

Chat responses in the Service are generated by generative AI. To maintain conversation quality and ensure safety, the messages you enter are used for AI model inference. Generated content is fiction and has no relation to any real person or organization.

4. Sharing with third parties and outsourcing

Except where required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. However, to the extent necessary to operate the Service, we may entrust processing to external service providers such as the following:

Providers of AI inference and cloud infrastructure.
Apple and Google (app distribution, social login, and in-app purchase payments).
Providers of push notification and email delivery.

5. Retention

We retain the information we collect for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of use, or for the period required by law, and promptly delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed.

6. Your rights

You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information, and deletion of your account. When an account is deleted, data linked to that account, such as chat history, is deleted. If you wish to do so, please contact us at the address below.

7. Age

The Service is not intended for children under 12. If we find that we have collected personal information from a child under 12 without parental consent, we will promptly delete it.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may change this Policy as necessary. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the Service.
